Original, signed Philippines passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Photocopies of the passport and ID card. The applicant must provide photocopies of the original passport and ID card, including copy of all visas(valid and expired).

Applicant Information form. Applicant Information form along with documents check-list must be duly completed

Copies of all documents. Copies of all the submitting documents must be provided

Business Letter. Business Letter from the sending company specifying the purpose of the visit in Norway, proof of financial support, name and address of the company to be visited.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Medical travel insurance (Schengen). with a minimum coverage of € 30,000 and validity for all Schengen states.

Bank Statement. Copies of bank statements from the past 6 months.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

Business Invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Norway. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Norway, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Norway.
• Specity the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).
